Our Return Policy
As our products are consumable health supplements, we maintain a strict no-return policy once delivered to ensure quality and safety. We make exceptions only when:

Your product arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, expired, or is the wrong item

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID
Please note: We cannot process returns based on dietary preferences or personal health conditions after purchase, as these factors should be considered before ordering.
When eligible, we'll promptly arrange either a replacement shipment at no cost or a complete refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
What We Cannot Accept
To protect product integrity and customer safety, returns are not possible for:

Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used

Incorrect order selections (such as choosing sachets instead of boxes)

Customer change of mind after purchase

Products delivered in excellent condition
Making Changes to Your Order
Before Dispatch
You can modify your order within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment begins, whichever comes first. Email customercare@refurbinc.com with your order number and requested changes.
After Dispatch
Once your order ships, modifications are no longer possible. Refusing delivery may restrict your access to Cash on Delivery (COD) options for future orders.
Understanding Refunds
